Leslee has been with Express Personnel Services for 3 years. She started her career with Express Personnel as a front office coordinator and has worked her way up to the branch manager. Leslee loves helping both associates and employers find exactly what they are looking for in an employer/employee.

Jennifer DeToy | Staffing Consultant
Jennifer has a varied work background focused on customer service. She graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a degree in business administration and Spanish.  Before she came to Express, Jennifer worked as an assistant manager and administrative support role for a hospital. She moved to the Portland area after college. As a staffing consultant, she focuses on industrial-related positions. She is dedicated to helping great companies and great employees find each other. She plans to become a certified staffing professional this year to better equip her to continue helping people every day.
 
Rob Merrill | Business Developer
Rob is the business developer who helps bring in new career opportunities for our associates. Rob has been with Express Personnel for two years now and found his way to Express Personnel when taking a typing test at the Beaverton office. Presented with the opportunity to connect people with outstanding local employers, he couldn't turn down the challenge. Prior to working for Express Personnel, Rob was a crew chief in the United States Air Force (Active Duty) stationed at Charleston AFB, SC. Rob is still a member of the USAF, but now as a Reservist at McChord AFB.
 
Ali Schaefer | Front Office Coordinator
Ali Schaefer grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a small suburb of Milwaukee. She attended school at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and tried out 5 different majors before she finally stuck with child psychology and studio art. After graduation, she knew only that she wanted to move to the west coast and try something new. That’s how she ended up in Portland applying to Express Personnel to explore some different options before sticking with one career. While interviewing, she was told of an opening for an internal front desk position and has been here learning and growing ever since. She would tell you that her position as the front office coordinator is the hardest work she’s ever done and that she’s learned more in the short time that she’s been with Express than she did in all of her time spent in a classroom.
 
Monica Stoica | Office Services Professional Staffing Consultant
Monica has been with the Beaverton Express Personnel branch for over 10 months. She specializes in recruitment and placement of office services and professional staffing. She has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry and an extensive customer service background. In addition, she has over eight years of accounting knowledge and over 15 years of management/HR experience. This strong history in personnel relations helps her in her role at Express each day.
 
Ronda Wagner | Front Office Coordinator
Ronda grew up in a little town called Marysville, Washington, where she still visits her family each month. Ronda has a degree in psychology from Western Baptist College (now known as Corban College). She wanted to help people in any way that she could and did so in many ways. After graduating college, she started working with disabled children and adults, which she found both rewarding and challenging. Ronda later married to her college sweetheart, bringing her to the Portland area, where she found her next success at Express Personnel Services. Ronda has been with Express Personnel Services for over two years. Her first nine months, she worked as an Express associate, and then she began working in the office as a front office coordinator. In her role, she helps people on the phone, by email and face to face.

James Fogarty | Account Manager
James has a wide range of sales experience, having worked as a real estate broker, financial analyst, account manager, and remodel project manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and is a Rotary member. He enjoys water and snow skiing, camping and spending time with his friends. James also enjoys traveling, thanks to a seven year term in the US Air Force. He has traveled to Japan, Korea, China Italy and Aruba. He has a passion for helping people and that’s why he enjoys his job at Express so much.

Sara Leonard | Staffing Consultant
Sara loves helping people in everyway possible. She has always gone above and beyond expectations and is a great leader. Sara recently joined Express and enjoys her job as a staffing consultant tremendously. She has over eight years of outstanding customer service experience. She started her customer service skills working as a waitress for six years. After realizing how much she loved customer service, she worked in a veterinary office for about a year as a lead nurse. There, she was able to accomplish any task with animals that needed to be done except for performing the surgeries. Her most recent experience has been working for a year and a half as a sales secretary in charge of doing large bank deposits, typing up sales orders, and providing excellent customer service to a wide range of people. Sara is happily married and has a 4 year old son. She loves spending time with her family, and going to the beach.
